My husband and I (and 3000 others) thoroughly enjoyed our tour of all the BRP facilities during the 10th Anniversary Homecoming Spyder event in June 2017. BRP pulled off a fantastic event with huge crowds and their enthusiasm, passion, and meticulous attention to detail reinforces why we LOVE SPYDERS! Keep up the good work and thank you for your ingenuity in the industry.

I complained about a POS lemon of an ATV (2015 DS90). It's a horrible horrible product that BRP wouldn't stand behind and only sought to waste my time. I wanted their engineers and QA specialists to know, but now I wonder if they have any. Our Yamaha and Honda vehicles are wonderful. Perhaps leave this technology to Japan.

Horrible customer experience. At the beginning of June 2019 we bought a new Seadoo gti. When we tried it for the first time - surprisingly, the breaks didn't work! After acceleration my husband had no way to stop and drove by accident directly into the bank of the lake with stones. It all happened in front of the water police. The Seadoo was scretched a lot. Just saying - we had 2seados by that time and were driving regularly by that time. We were not buying a bicycle. We purchased a "luxurious" water toy for 15 000+ cad, brand new. Luckily, there was no health damage. We complained to BRP and to the Dealer #ncperformance granby. Following the investigation at the dealership it was stated that the breaks on our new Seadoo never worked and even were never tested at the #Brp plant in Valcourt. So, I am questionning myself how can they get any safety or quality reward????? After our complaint we contacted brp. We were offered free repair for our Seadoo at the dealership and 500 cheque for BRP products. We agreed with the dealership to take our seadoo to the service in october. We agreed. In October we gave our seadoo for the reparation. Today, on January 17 we are calling the dealership for like 10th time to ask what is happening with our Seadoo. Aaand.. The guy has no idea. And we had to repeat all the story again? What can be called "customer service" here? Ignorance for more than 3 months? We request our seadoo to be repaired as soon as possible and to provide us the date when it is ready. If brp and nc performance granby are not capable to follow the agreement and their commitment, then, we request our brand new seadoo sold to us without breaks and damaged as a result to be replaced by the same brand new machine, fully functional this time. Horrible, poor, zero customer experience. Full absence of customer follow up. The whole production site should be figned for such faulty "lux" products, as they put the water security under risk.

Horrible product! Corporate will not stand by their own product. I have a 2017 Can Am Maverick. Has been in the shop 7X's ( spent over $ 800)...Corporate Can Am supposedly telling the shop how to fix it. Every time not fixed! This is a overheating issue that I have found on a ton of forums online to be a safety problem with a bunch of other people having the same issue. BRP will not do anything about but only offer for me to take it to yet another dealership and have me pay again for it to be fixed....and then MAYBE give me SOME credit. They even said that they would send me discounts on clothing or accessories to fix the problem. I want a new machine that is not a lemon. They said to turn mine in and get a new one ....and they might give SOME type of credit...but won't tell you how much... I was borne but NOT yesterday! I will never give your corporation a cent more EVER.

Update June 6 2022. The manufacturer agreed to a credit to help with the value loss, but the dealership still will only consider it as a trade in for something else, not a return. They say it's now repaired, but used and worth $3000 less than I owe on it. STEERING FAILURE, BUT NO REFUND.. I ordered a 2022 Ryker Rally in November 2021 that finally arrived last month. Within days I noticed 2 of the passenger max mount bolts were not in even threaded. I also had trouble with the intake falling off. They fixed these and said they had checked out the trike completely and within weeks I had the first steering failure. The service department attempted to repair it, even ordering a new steering column but the steering continued to fail. Today I had enough and told them I wanted to return it and order an F3 Spyder thinking its steering is more sound. Instead of returning my money and allowing me to order, which was the right thing to do, the sale manage tried to tell me it was now used and only worth 12500, about $3000 less than I owe on the undrivable Ryker Rally. The vehicle has 130 miles on it, many of which were the mechanics test driving it when it failed again and again. Sales, questions, dealership, can am, disabled veteran
