★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food and outstanding service. Can be noisy but it is a social place. Limited beer selections but chioices available are good. Menu has expected fare but unexpected as well such as the Biltmore pizza. Shrimp with jalapeno pesto. Pair it with a Fat Tug IPA and you have a great lunch!

Very disappointed to see the size of blackened chicken breasts wSouthwest. Bowl and the cubes of tuna in the poke bowl getting smaller and smaller. Supply issues? Happy to pay more but this is ridiculous.. won’t be tipping on takeout anymore and… well… maybe we should go somewhere else?
C’mon guys…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was happily eating my Florida Special when I felt something sharp. It was a piece of bamboo skewer they had cut when slicing the sandwich. I brought it to the attention of the staff who dismissed it. Good thing I didn't swallow it. Went to use the restroom and there was no toilet paper. Got the bill and nothing was taken off. No apologies. I won't be returning.

Tried to order take out by phone, but was unable to talk to anyone. Went in person and was ignored for around 15min until someone asked if I wanted a table. When I said that I would like to order take out, they called another girl to take my order...another 10min waiting. I know they are busy, particularly around dinner time, but just acknowledging a person standing by the door would be very polite. The portions are smaller than a few months ago.
