"Building a new home can be a daunting task especially when you are planning to spend the majority of your future years in it. From the opening consultation, through the design process, and up to completed construction, the entire experience was fantastic. What first impressed my wife and I was the attention and customer service we received from Gerhard while trying to balance our budget and design requirements. We went back and forth on a few decisions but in no time had a completed design that we couldn’t wait to build. The construction of the home was done to an amazing quality and standard, which we got to witness first hand through weekly site visits and updates. Any questions we had were soon answered by their experienced construction team. As the process moved on, Hilma’s interior design guidance was invaluable. It opened our eyes to choices that we never would have got to on our own and do we ever love those choices today. The entire experience from start to finish was easy, stress-free and enjoyable. If a time comes when we choose to build another home I would not do it with any other home builder than Brost Developments Inc."

I was very impressed with how the entire staff, including trades treated my husband and I. We were always respected when we walked on to the job site, and any concerns that we had were addressed promptly.
Since building the house we suffered some significant wind damage, and it wasn't even a question who we were going to have out to re-build/repair the damaged parts. Brost once again did a fantastic job on upgrading the damaged parts of our home.
