★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kathleen and Ali are incredibly thorough in all their work and do an amazing job explaining things and suggesting ideas to improve your dental health . Their staff are courteous and efficient and they are all very respectful of appointment times . I highly recommend Brookside Dental and have been a patient there for about 10 years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff and office are professional and kind. Unfortunately the dentists themselves are not the strongest practioners. Both dentists misdiagnosed a few issues with my husband's teeth/mouth. One cracked a tooth during a cavity repair and only offered Sensodyne toothpaste to treat the ongoing pain he experienced for a couple years afterwards explaining that this was normal and expected and would improve. It never did despite going back multiple times. Eventually it was another dentist who discovered the exposed nerve that was created from the oversized filling having cracked his tooth and a root canal was needed. He has full relief now. Please consider that friendly service does not always mean someone is great at their job. Since leaving this dentist we have had others mention experiences that further strengthen our belief that we've made the right decision to change dentists.
