★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Product selection is very limited (somewhat expected given that it's an airport location). It's located right next to the main food court. I suggest you visit the downtown Vancouver location if you're looking full range.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service. The young lady was neither friendly nor attentive. I tried to ask her a question, and she seemed like she barely spoke English! I gave up trying to ask and left without buying anything. You would think the fact I was wearing Brooks Brothers when I went in the store would have been an indication I'm a good customer, but I guess not.
