★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mike came early April 2021 to assess the repair job at our new build. Here we are at the end of October and still a no show.
I spoke to him again in early August about when we could expect the work to be done and he said he hoped to have it completed by the end of that month. That did not happen. Two subsequent texts inquiring about what was up went unanswered. I realize staffing is an issue, but not responding to inquiries is an inexcusable and unprofessional attitude.
