★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great fair, always great entertainment and love walking through the barns. Used to attend this fair as a child, but, live in Bath, Ontario now near Kingston, Ontario so only get down every few years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brome is big by comparison to other Eastern Townships fairs, but it is a good one if fairs are your thing. It does education quite well in my opinion, with a lot of the agricultural aspects well explained for people who are not in the know. The lack of children's entry fee bugs me, because I feel like $15 is a lot to take a 4 year old to the fair, but overall the experience tends to be a good one. Because of the number of people the fair brings out on a nice day it's good to think ahead when it comes to things like buying food; lineups get long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fabulous annual event in a genuine historic village. English and French is welcomed. There are kiosks of every type, with countless things to see. All types of animals can be seen up close. There are competing events, tractor pulls, and more!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was our 3rd year in a row, always a fun time. $15 per person gets you rides, horse show, walk through the farm area to see all the animals and they have great vendors for food amd drinks at resonable prices. We especially enjoy looking at the massive horses and then grabbing a funnel cake for a treat.
Best part for us....... This is an event that is 99% French-English white Canadians, nice to get out of the big city and surround ourselves with our own kind for a day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's so much to see at the fair! I toured all the animal barns, the horticultural as well as the handicrafts and was amazed by everything locals are doing! So much talent. As a horseback riders, I enjoyed watching all kinds of horse judging from the grandstands as well. I really appreciate that they offer events for younger children to get their show faces on at such a young age. The entire fair is really a gem. Confession: I ate 4 Derby burgers in 2 days! Hats off to this iconic fair.
