★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been with this company for years and I'm not sure why. You have to keep calling them even tho they say "someone will be calling you back". I also do not believe that they get you the best prices either. I dont think they are the go getters they claim to be.

not anymore not even one star is worth for them I was recommended to everybody but not anymore.
They know what you want you but put themselves in the unknown.

I have (unfortunately) dealt with a few different insurance companies throughout the years but since I've joined here I've been extremely happy and have sent numerous people their way who were looking for a more cost efficient insurance company..
They gave me the best cost for what I was looking for and my agent is always helpful and informative whenever I may have questions ( not only that she never makes me feel stupid for asking stuff that I just dont understand) as we all know insurance stuff can sometimes be tricky to understand.
Most things can be taken care of by fax, email, phone and only once have actually made the drive out to the actual office location, which is actually a beautiful drive if your coming from Kingston area
