★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can't visit patients in person and the lack of communication and updates from the hospital are unacceptable. Constantly stressed about what is or isn't happening because no one is informing or taking proper notes on what the hell is going on!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes, you often have to wait hours if you go into their ER. But once you're in, they are great. I had a stay there for few months six years ago because I had a mental health breakdown, and they were excellent. I also had my gallbladder removed by Dr. Davison, and he was excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no sign indicating location of emergency entrance when approaching from the north on Ormond st. The emergency entrance is also not well set up for a person dealing with a real emergency. If you turn to the right on entry you are faced with a gate, if you proceed straight ahead you are faced with a do not enter sign. People who are under stress don’t need puzzles delays or stress added by poorly designed systems. The objective should be clear simple signage that guide the user

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hospital ever. Nurses are garbage and don’t deserve to make more than minimum wage. No heroes to be found, just normal brockville zeros. Drs are less than desirable if they’re even there. Just pill pushing goofballs that can’t even explain why they’re giving you narcotics and get hostile when asked about it. I trust a needle found downtown more than this “hospital”.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in here with a 4 year old at 10am for a yeast infection. It's a simple pee test to determine if you have one or not. Same for a urine infection. It's now 1pm and we are still here waiting for a pee test!!! This is the worst hospital I've ever been too! Why does it take 3 and a half hours for a dam pee test. The woman Susan Peddlejohn at the emergency needs to quit or be fired. She upsets people and she does not keep the required 2 meters apart. She's always in your face and I'm sick of it. #Brockville hospital worst ever go to Kemptville if you actually need help within a decent time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother has been in this hospital for a couple of months, she is trying to get her strength back up to be able to function at home. She always liked to do so much for herself, but she's having a hard time listening to the medical staff. I know she can be impatient about certain things, but she is still our mother. So thank you to the staff at the hospital, for putting up with her.
