While I do still get headaches, she has found some of the trigger points that cause them. I've also been able to increase my range of motion in my neck by doing the stretches she recommends. She has become my "go-to" masseuse, and my daughter has also started seeing her and is very happy with her treatments.

She is very easy to talk to and is very knowledgeable. She ran my Access Bars for my first time and now I won't have anyone else run them unless it's her. I will definitely be returning!

She listens and asks questions about how I feel and what areas are challenges leading her to understand my needs. Pam also has lovely energy and is very experienced in her field and continues to learn and take classes to better herself. I had had regular massage therapy, lymphatic drainage and breast massage and will try some of the other specialities she offers. Highly recommend!
