★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The superintendent is on the ball for everything, very friendly! Nice sized 1 bedroom apartments. Has a gym. Right next to a park and tennis courts. The park has a splash pad. Near 3 grocery stores and great sushi. 3 minutes from three different bus routes. Very convenient. No composting though

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've lived here for five years, and was heartbroken when I had to leave once and for all (left the country). The superintendent (Eric?) is one of the most genuine and nicest guys you can meet, no matter what issue you have he'll take care of it. I lived in a 1bdrm and absolutely loved it. Perfect size and has everything you could need in a nice cozy little package. I miss my old apartment so much! Also, in terms of amenities and public transit, the options are aplenty. 10/10, would live here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to write this because my living experience in 314(Chorus Condo) has made me miss a great deal living in 310(Broadway Condo). Instead of posting a negative review on 314, I am leaving a positive one here.
It was such a breeze to have lived there in 310 Central Park, in stark contrast to the other building. The units in 310 are overall smaller and older than 314, but the superintendent and residents are very respectful and friendly. Common areas are better maintained. For example, you definitely don’t find footprints on accessible door buttons and push bars for weeks... If you are choosing between these 2 buildings not just to have a roof over your head but to make it home while feeling like home, definitely choose 310 for better living quality.
I originally came to mostly rant about 314’s strange culture of complaints and bureaucracy(it’s like people didn’t get enough of those at work and had to bring it home), but I deleted the ranting because it was so long no one would probably read it anyway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lived at 310 Central Park The Broadway for 12 years. It's a great building with caring neighbours in a residential neighbourhood and close by to many shops. The building manager Eric Mainville is such a friendly, kind and helpful person. He is a positive energy in the building, and a true professional who works very hard. He works nonstop all day long. The condo is VERY lucky to have him!
