The Baby Time program for new Moms is great! Made new friends all going through the same life experience as me. The staff are super friendly and welcoming, it's a great safe haven.

Super bad organization and rude staff. Highly recommend when u called and 5 time confirming the address because when u there they send u a difference location. They wasted your time. I took 2 kids for vaccinations and I confirmed address 2-3 time 7337 137 st as she said yes. When we there she said she change location so you have to go king George location. Very poor organization.

The nurses are really nice but the receptionist is quite rude and shocked me with how bad her mannerism was. I called today because my 2 kids had an appointment to get vaccinated. My daughter was really sick this weekend that resulted in a hospital trip and my son caught what she had for 24 hrs. I’ve never had to deal with kids being sick so close to having to get vaccinated and when I was at the hospital with my daughter and asked they had advised me I would have to talk to the public health unit Tuesday and find out. When I called I politely explained the kids situation and asked if they were still allowed to get vaccinated. The response I had received from this so-called professional was β€œYou’re the mother you should know”. No this isn’t something I knew which is why I was obviously calling to educate myself so that I didn’t waste anyone’s time or take an unnecessary trip. Newton Public Health, you’re supposed to be a professional building and should really consider hiring REAL professionals. Ones that actually respect and don’t mind dealing with clients. I’ve never been so disappointed from a place that I trust handling the health of my children.

The receptionist there is incredibly rude and disrespectful, she needs to realize that there’s a certain way to speak respectfully to the public if your working in PUBLIC health.

Disrespectful receptionist, she is rude AF, and doesn't even want to listen what people have to say. Doctor was sweet and he even helped alot. But the receptionist needs to behave and mind her attitude, cause not everyone is nice enough to listen to her baseless rant.

I have to say I have never been treated like this in a health unit while this east Indian lady treats me and talks to me so rudely. If she can’t treat people with respect then she shouldn’t be working in this unit what so ever! When we got told a different time every time. Hope the supervisor who is in this unit reads this and makes her understands how to treat people

Why are Fraser Health Staff rude? Spoke to Neena Trehan and for people that are working in their position, they are pretty disrespectful. Can't believe we're paying these people with our taxes. Waste of resources and wastes our time as patients! I hope fraserhealth considers retraining their employees like this girl. Most of our bad experiences are from their admins. We get it, jobs can be stressful but isn't everyone's? Why do you have to lash it out on us if you hate your job?
