Chef Murali and his team went above and beyond to ensure our wedding met our expectations. They did an incredible job and I can not thank them enough for everything they did. Our guests we truly happy with each dish. We will definitely use Brindleberry again for our next special occasion.

We booked Chef Murali for my mothers 60th birthday and wanted to do something very private. We did have some limits: the big one is no egg. Chef Murali and his trusty Sous-Chef went beyond anything we could have expected on the menu and service. He didn’t miss a beat, served amazingly simple, refreshing and BEYOND delicious food. We started with three appetizers: Masala Chickpea (amazing), Lobster Wontons (even more amazing), Curried Chicken Tacos (beyond amazing!!). Next we had a salad – I’m not fan of salad as I wouldn’t go out of my way to order one! But this salad was incredible, everyone wiped their plate clean! It tasted so refreshing! Definitely recommend this to add to their menu! The entree! Where do I even start! Spicy Curried Lamb for us and Spicy Curried Shrimp for my mom on top of Jasmine rice with sides to add to it! Normally when you order different meats the curry will taste the same, Chef Murali ensured both curries tasted different and he was so kind to give the rest of the party to taste it as well. He brought the remainder of each dish and set it at the table for seconds! Dessert – This one had to be no egg! Chef Murali made a dark chocolate dome with fresh strawberry ice cream/ and fruits and drizzled salted caramel in front of you where it melted the top slowly! The experience was just beautiful, we all loved it and the dessert was delicious. We devoured it instantly! Table service! In my own house! Mind. Blown. It was a pleasure having Chef Murali with us that night, each dish led to a better experience. Outside the food, the personal touches and professional attitude are world class. You can see he loves what he does and has a team that share his dedication (Thank you Thiru!) to quality and creativity. We HIGHLY recommend him and will continuously work with him again without a second thought! Now I just need to convince my husband to host more parties at our home so we can invite Chef Murali. 

Words cannot begin to explain the gratitude I feel towards working with Brindleberry and their team. Chef Murali is absolutely amazing in every aspect of the catering services; From curating a custom menu just for us to delivering exceptional service on the day of the event. He worked with us diligently to ensure we had the perfect menu that fit our Toronto VS. New York theme. Chef Murali had a keen attention to detail and always worked to satisfy our every need. Our guests are still raving about his food till this day. Every single person that I have talked to only complimented him; from the portion size, to the incredible taste, to the different flavors that burst with each bite, to the different textures that were present in each meal, to the way the live stations and hor d'oeurves were presented. Every person mentioned how divine and savory his food was on every level. Furthermore, his style and his palette is unmatched. The color of his palette went perfect with the venue as we did it in a gallery. Thank you Chef for everything you have done for our wedding. Your kindness, patience and understanding while working with us did not go unnoticed. We are so grateful to have had you on our special day. You made everything run smoothly and your food was beyond incredible. I would recommend you to anyone in a heartbeat. Thank you so so so much! You are absolutely amazing!

I had the opportunity to try Chef Muralis food a few times and there’s no words to describe it but delicious! The presentation was wonderful and the food was high quality. Chef Murali did an amazing job creating a variety of dishes with different flavours. Everyone enjoyed his meals and couldn’t stop talking about it!! I would definitely recommend others to try out his food as you won’t be disappointed!

We have worked with them on several of our weddings, honestly one of the best catering companies you can hire. They take exceptional care in customizing your special day, if your want a personalized experience these are your guys. Sometimes you get presentation but the food isn't the best and vise versa, with Brindle Berry you get it all. Staff is well knowledge in the culinary art, and always cater to your guests. Doesn't matter if it's for a big wedding or a small private event in your back yard, these guys know how to execute catering at an event despite how small or large your guest list is. Murali, Thiru and the team sit down and go through eat plate with you and app to make sure it's to your every liking. we Have haven't had one complaint with using Brindleberry Catering & Events and Avant Garde Events fully recommend them. It's so hard to pick one favorite dish, cause there is to many to choose from but we would say the creme brulee, the steak and the beef sliders is one of the best we have ever had.

Chef Murali was a pleasure to work with, he had many options and works with you to understand your needs and customizes a menu that is fit for you. The food was hot, fresh, tasty and had beautiful presentation. We loved the fusion between Sri Lankan and other flavors. The service was clean, timely and unique and our guests were awed by their experience. Will definitely use Brindleberry services again?!

Chef Murali was wonderful, and the cuisine was exquisite. I've booked his catering service for my dad's 50th birthday. Chef and his team arrived on time. From planning day to the event day, Chef and his team answered all my questions/concerns promptly. Food is reasonably priced, and served high-quality food and presented it very well. I would really recommend Brindleberry catering to anyone searching for high quality food and an amazing presentation of the food. A variety of appetizers were passed around to my guests and they've complimented the taste and appearance. Will definitely book Brindleberry for my future events.

Choosing Brindleberry as our caterer was one of the easiest and most delicious decisions we made when planning our micro-wedding! We were first attracted by the beautiful food photography on Chef Murali's instagram account - a literal feast for the eyes! When we were generously offered a tasting appointment, we were not disappointed. Every bite had a distinct flavour profile. Thoughtful nuances graced everything from sauces to presentation, distinguishing Brindleberry from other catering options. Despite the small scale of our event, Chef and his team never made us feel like we were lesser clients. We were treated with personalized attention and collaboration on a menu that worked for us and our guests. Allergies and dietary restrictions were treated seriously without any compromise to taste. On the night of, Chef and his team were professional, polite, and passionate about providing a memorable dining experience. While they worked seamlessly alongside our other suppliers, their primary focus always remained on their food. There was excellence and consistency in every dish served. We are so happy to have crossed paths and are able to call Chef Murali our friend. He and his team at Brindleberry surpassed every expectation of what we were looking for in a caterer.
