Remember the days when people used to answer their phones when you called? Give Ethan, or any of the guys a call and they likely will! If not, they'll get back to you within minutes.
We started our landscaping project with a reference to another irrigation company and after months of calling and emailing, we finally concluded that the other company just wasn't going to show up! At this point it was a mad rush to get pipes in the ground and we finally found Brightwater, who showed up right away, when they said they would, and got the work done! The level of attentiveness is excellent and it means a lot! Keep up the good work guys!
Give them a call and you won't be disappointed - the grass is definitely greener! ;)

We were desperately trying to find someone to help us with our system and Ethan responded to our request in a timely fashion. Not only did he respond but he did his best to find a way to squeeze us into his already busy schedule. He remembered that we were in a specific locale. He contacted us when he was in that locale and schedule an appointment. He arrived on time. He gave us plenty of notice that he was on his way. His responsiveness was striking. He and his team came and worked efficiently and quickly and had us up and running in no time. I highly recommend him in his services.
