Just wanted to write about a wonderful young women name kristina ....she was so professional and well manner thanks for contacting me and let me know about my daughter graduation photo as I was late in putting in my order during my work schedule and she called and let me know that my order was sent out . I wanted to do a graduation ceremony for my daughter and I was worried about my order getting to me on time before The virtual school year ended ...kristina made sure that my order was sent out for delivery ....I truly appreciate your call on letting me know and thanks for going above and beyond and ask me for my right email to send the copy there as well ...we need more people like christina thank you ... great customer service God bless keep safe . ?

Super professional photographers and staff. Loved my grad photos. So nice that they offered a photo session on the weekend. Greg was polite, professional and made my natural smile shine. ?

They changed me $30 for 7 exact the same pictures and they didn't even cut them. I have to cut it by myself.

I just received picture retake package yesterday April 4 2019, and on package it says to order by March 28, 2019 to avoid shipping cost & handling costs. How is that even possible, unless miraculously I can turn back time, which I can not. I received 5 business days late due to unforeseen matters. I purchase pictures almost every year, however this year I am disappointed. I am sure I am not the only parent who had a child not in school on picture day due to winter storm, and no bus pick up. I mean bad weather and no bus pick up is and unforeseen matter. However I have reached out to company and expressed my issues and they told me I will be refunded for the $10.00 Shipping & handling fee. All my pictures in the past I love and I think Bright Pics does an amazing job snapping photo's of my son who has autism and rarely smiles in photo's. These are keepsakes I will keep and love forever. I would also like to say thank you to the photographer.

Our school recommended them for grad Photos, and I just received my pictured and its watermarked, says the file name and pose number on the picture itself, and its smaller then my palm. Its also VERY compressed, im pretty sure even I could do a better job then this on my phone for no cost at all. When I went i even asked them how it would look like and they pointed to an example and its not even close to it. By all means this place is a scam and never ever go to them. And it wasn't just me MULTIPLE of my classmates got scammed from these guys. Edit: with tge aweful picture they sent they ask for $199 to get a proper picture, even though you already paid $30 for the grad photo.

Their prices are absolutely horrendous, on top of the $35 fee, I have to pay $125 for a USB?? Or $34 for an 8" x 10"?? For a mass photoshoot, the prices should NOT be this high. Plus, the most important photo, the one that will be in the yearbook, and displayed turned out the WORST.

Thekla had taken my schools graduation pictures and was amazing. She took a lot of time and effort to come many days to take pictures of each individual. She was also very friendly and allowed me to see my pictures at the end and I loved that she played music in the background!!

Paid for 3 School Santa photos and only received 2. We wanted to give them out as gifts for family. They claimed they would mail out the remaining photo but I never received anything. I tried to follow up again but they don't respond to me. Why do schools use this terrible company? UPDATE: Did receive the photo's. Thank you. Changed review to 3*. We wanted to hand these to family that couldn't see our daughter over Christmas due to covid. It's now end of January. They will still appreciate the gesture, but this entire ordeal shouldn't have happened in the first place and I shouldn't be forced to chase people and write reviews to make what's right.
