My son is now in Grade 3 and has excelled every year since he started. I truly believe this is because of the foundation set by Bright Beginnings. To me it is more than just child care and more like family.
A	Aar Kay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a unprofessional owner to deal with. I was told not to bring my kid until she finish a talk with a potential daycare parent because my kid would cry. It is to be noted that my child was enrolled and was going through gradual entry. What would you expect from 14 month old, cry only when you are comfortable? Oh please! Study about children and early years. The children need to be accepted and there needs to be an effort to get children comfortable in new environment. Just telling them not to be there because you need to talk to a potential parent is just not acceptable. Edit: Yes, it was at your daycare Reena. Saying that it never happened at your daycare will not change anything. I will be more than happy to provide screenshot proof of your text conversation.

After some concerns that he might be on the spectrum, we decided to send him to a daycare to help him socialize. We were a bit concerned because our son was not potty-trained and his behaviour was at times difficult. We shopped around a bit, and Reena's place was definitely our first choice. The autism concern did not faze her and she offered to help out with the potty training, when we were ready. Other daycares made a big deal out of those things. Reena's facility is clean and updated; the backyard is large and filled with toys. The first week, my son was a bit reluctant but Reena really knew how to make him feel welcome. After a few days, he wouldn’t leave her side and was really happy to go. Six months later, we're very pleased with the progress he's made: he's way more social, he counts, he sings and he listens to directions. The evolution is quite extraordinary, and we attribute most of it to Reena. We're now working on potty training. Taking him to this daycare was extremely beneficial to him. I highly recommend it.

In that time Reena has become like a family member, my son absolutely loves her so much that when we were isolated during the pandemic he would tell me almost daily how much he missed her and wanted to go back. My son can write at a level beyond his age, do basic adding and subtracting and is on the verge of being able to read. He is beyond ready for kindergarten in Sept and I attribute that largely to Reena's efforts. She is a top notch childcare provider, the peace of mind we have with my son being in her care while we're at work is so important to my wife and I.

Rena is great with kids she always has fun activities to do and she is so reliable because every time I get called in to work Rena is always there. ?

He is learning preschool material even though he isn’t at that age yet. Reena replies to my messages quickly; she is flexible to accommodate my schedule, which is a huge plus because I need to drop my child off very early. She puts a lot of effort in making fun and special events throughout the year (like Halloween and Christmas, etc.) I am glad that I have found a daycare where my child can learn and play in a caring and safe environment.
