Sergio Canizares – Women’s Self Defense Workshop
Sergio has extensive experience as a Martial Arts, Tai Chi and Self-Defense Instructor. He is a certified Personal Trainer and is qualified in Standard First Aid & CPR/AED. Sergio attributes his knowledge and passion for teaching self defense to his experience as a former Pro MMA Athlete. He has attained Black Belts in Kung Fu, Kempo Karate and Chinese Wrestling.
Crystal Lawrence – Youth Leader Instructor
Crystal has worked in the health care field for 20+ years which got her involved with teahing First Adi/CPR, Babysitter, and the Stay Safe Courses. Crystal has taught these classes for over 10 years and enjoys helping students to develop skills to stay home alone or become babysitters. Crystal has taught the Babysitter Course for the City of Saskatoon Libraries summer program as well as various other community associations for a number of years.
