From the very first phone call where he provided a wealth of information to every single step of the process. From design, layout, font, colour, you name it....Carl was there. I reached out to Carl for assistance and couldn’t be more pleased with the service and the results. Carl coordinated the entire process over phone and email due to my living outside of Canada. Every step in the process was clearly explained not only with accuracy but with compassion. The final installed product looks amazing and I hope to be able to see it in person once the border opens again. Thank you Carl!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Words cannot describe how grateful I am to have found Carl and hit it off so well as we worked wonderfully together to come up with a perfect layout and design of a marker for my dads forever home. I was relieved when Carl said he also maintains the stones he places so they don’t get overgrown with grass and debris. With delays over the Christmas holidays, plus supply issues with Covid, add to that the family dynamics with others involved, Carl remained calm, courteous, patient, informative, and kept me up to date all along. We even found out that our dads were friends in their younger years. Dad had to be overseeing this one and sending strong messages to make it happen despite the close encounters so to speak.
