As another reviewer said, it simply isn't worth the price, once you factor in hydro (costs varied, which is typical for this utility), parking (an extra $140 per month for my household, since we had two cars), and laundry costs (also varied, dependent upon the household size in question and amount of laundry accumulated) on top of your base rent.
Accompanying this is a litany of complaints of varying topics, ranging from the miniscule to on-site management in our short time at this property. This has made myself and my spouse wary of renting from either Devon Properties or Starlight Investments as housing entities.
Even after being treated quite kindly by the leasing agents, who were accommodating, as well as our wonderful neighbours, I cannot in good conscience recommend this as a rental option to anyone, even with the housing market in its current shape.
