★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't understand who has non sense enough to make a shower schedule only 3 times a week for an hour from 7h30 to 8h30... these person obviously don't know how to properly take care of there own...
so every person visiting town that need a shower should make there vacation schedule with bennan park unbelievable shower schedule... every public service disgust me since covid... seems like people have fully stopped thinking...
not impressive for a supposedly world wide outdoor destination... even worst. they charge you 2 $ make you wait in line with a mask for a shared shower...
lots of sense ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a very good ? experience. I was totally ignored, not acknowledged, or spoken to. I had to tap on window to talk to someone and again was ignored. I have lived here for over 30yrs and the staff at the pool has gotten way worse over the yrs. In a word rude and not helpful at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The actual site we got was fairly private, tree covering on most. At first we were told we were given a 6 tent site and we showed up there was a gravel pad that could maybe hold 2 tents and 1 car. We ended up getting a double spot , each spot bigger then the one given before(lucky it was available)
Kids screaming all night , people partying till 1 am. Someone was having a stick fire during fire ban. Staff did nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great spot. The pool is good for all ages. There's a hot tub and a steam room too. Beyond that they have free ping pong, free hockey arcade game, and a mini climbing wall with a big crash mat for the littluns

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pool sauna and hot tub is back up and running!! Plus the diving board, monkey bars are you when swimming lessons are done. Wow. Amazing to see people faces again and my kids and myself are so overjoyed to have this amazing activity back in our lives

Anyone who thinks the building facilities are good have never been to any other facility.
The pool is freezing. The building maintenance guys are on permanent holiday it seems.
The staff at the pool on the weekend only know how to smile. That’s it. The one I spoke to was as dumb as a post, and was in whisper mode. She picked up the radio and it was clear she had no idea what to do with it. Pathetic excuse for a recreation center.
Sadly this complex is in a state of disrepair.
The town has zero plan to truly address the horrible state of this facility. Let property developers tear everything up, but never make them build a new complex.2 years later and the stands for the arena are still under “construction”
I used to love bringing my family here. Now it’s simply embarrassing. Was peaking at the ceiling while voting last week and noticed nothing but extension cords run like spaghetti. There is a ridiculous amount of money in this town, and the city chooses to make nice flower beds because Squamish isn’t t green enough apparently?
Pathetically embarrassing! Adding photos to this review would spoil the reality of seeing it in person.
