★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brenda is very personable and professional!Our experience with her was painless! She is a true go getter! She gave me suggestions to help sell our home. Such as staging, decluttering, taking pics of the house outside as the sun went down. Had all the lights on. the pics were like a Thomas Kinkade painting! Other tips also.She was awesome at keeping us informed after showings!
She didn't play games with the price. Some Realtors keep decreasing it every so often. We set a fair market price and stuck with it!
She was great at advertising everywhere with a great online presence!
I highly recommend Brenda! I would higher again in a heartbeat!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I moved out west from Ontario eight years ago. I contacted Brenda and she setup a whirlwind tour of property to view while the wife and I were out for a few days before the move. She was fantastic at not only understanding what we wanted but also going out to find it. She even called expired listings to see if they were interested in selling. Once we made our choice, Brenda's true skills came to light. She was phenomenal in her negotiations in getting me the best price. A couple of years later Brenda helped me find and buy an income property. What better compliment can be made than hiring her a second time? Hiring her a third time! I am planning on buying a couple of other properties in the next few years and she will be my agent. Trust in her to help you find the property you want.
