The customer service is of the highest standards, being it sales or maintenance related. Professional and prompt service is always delivered and their representatives such as Cameron Lawrie amongst others have always gone a step above and beyond to assure my needs and the needs of our fleet are adequately met and surpassed. To say that Breadner Trialers goes the extra mile to please their customers and associates would definitely be an understatement. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If it was possible to give a zero star rating I would. Disrespectful staff at the Mississauga location. Not only rude but seem highly uneducated. I believe the employee I dealt with was named was Tristan. Not only was he rude but seemed to have no knowledge of products. Would suggest the company hire employees who have a higher education and comprehension level than a basic grade 4.
