As I explored a variety of gluten-free products, I found that the store-bought wraps I tried were often dry, crumbly, and bland. One day a friend saw a Breadables post on her Facebook feed. We discovered that the company was actually local to us and we were excited to try the product. I reached out to the company with some questions and Saima (the CEO) provided ‘above and beyond’ customer service. Ordering from the website was seamless and the company offered free delivery/shipping with a minimum purchase (as well as free in store pick-up if you are local!). My order of “Gluten-free Authentic Roti & Wrap flour” was personally delivered tonight by Saima and I couldn’t wait to give it a try! I followed the roti/wrap recipe, which they’ve included a QR code video link to right on the product package. With only a handful of ingredients (the flour blend, salt, oil, water) making the wraps was simple, quick, and a success! The result: great tasting, FLEXIBLE wraps! Definitely 5 stars! I’m happy to have finally found a gluten-free wrap alternative and am excited to try using these wraps in a variety of different ways - not to mention trying out the vegan naan bread recipe as well! Thank you Saima for your great customer service & product!
