★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have purchased one of the executive houses built by Braveco Homes and the house is very well built and looks very unique with excellent attention to details and high ceilings. Since we made the offer, Rav Sodhi, the owner of Braveco Homes, has been very helpful and patient. He answered all the questions and fixed everything we requested no matter how minor the issue is. Rav took them all very seriously. We found that Rav cares a lot about the house he built and his customer's needs. Rav spent hours to introduce the functions of major house items and equipment and went through everything in the house until we understand how to use them on the possession day. Days before that, he also spent hours to ensure that his team fixed all the minor issues we pointed out before delivering the house. I was told by my realtor that there may be bigger builders, but rarely other builders provide such detailed after sale service like what we have received from Rav. In addition, Rav also connected his team to me for additional add on equipment we required. His entire team are very professional and did great work. Rav even came weeks after the possession day to my house to change the furnace filter for us and fixed a loose vent screw.
At this time, we have moved in for more than a month and I can say that my family love the house and the service provided by Braveco homes and Rav. We would not hesitate to recommend Braveco and Rav to other buyers for quality homes and professional services. Big thank you for Rav and his team Braveco Homes!

The homes are exceptionally well built and uniquely designed that meet many of the qualities my family and I search for. The company obviously focuses on amazing quality and design, while meeting the functional needs of growing families. I hope there may be an opportunity to do business with Braveco in the future, if the right home comes up.
