★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai appellé pour un bearing de roue usagé. J'ai demandé s'il en avait dans les 50 000km et le préposé m'a répondu que oui. Il me rappelle pour me dire que la pièce est prête et lorsque je lui demande combien de km, il me répond 98000km. Je lui en ai demandé un autre dans les 50000km(comme démandé initialement) et il me dit qu'il me rappelle mais ne me rappelle pas. Je téléphone quelques jours plus tard pour faire un suivi et il me dit de prendre celui là car il va pas en démonter un autre.
Vraiment pas terrible comme service. J'avais acheté à quelques reprises avant sans problème mais le service client n'était pas là cette fois.
I called for a used wheel bearing. I asked if he had any within 50,000km and the attendant told me yes. He calls me back to tell me that the part is ready and when I ask him how many km, he answers 98000km. I asked him for another one within 50,000km (as requested initially) and he tells me that he calls me back but does not call me back. I phone a few days later to follow up and he tells me to take this one because he's not going to take another one apart.
Really poor service. I had purchased a few times before without a problem but customer service was not there this time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ apres avoir fait affaire avec eux et me faire dire que ca prend 4 hrs changer un radiateur qui suposement coule alors que ca prend 2.1hr a changer ca fait reflechir
after having done business with them and being told that it takes 4 hrs to change a radiator which is supposedly leaking while it takes 2.1 hrs to change it makes you think

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service. No effort in trying to understand what you are really asking and absolutely no care in digging a little further and finding out. Rude and arrogant in their replies. You feel like you are wasting their valuable time.
Worst service I've had in ages. Avoid like the plague.

I never post bad reviews as I too am a business owner and do realize the negitive impacts of what I might post, however in this case I was left with no reson not to share my experience with Brassard, which was the
Wost experience I have ever had as a Red Seal Automotive Technician with over 20 years in the busniess, both repairing vehicles and running a my own automotive repair shop.
I Bought a Mercedes Diesal 642.820 for my own ML350. I was assured it was a good engine, only having aprox 100k . It would come with 5000 kms warranty, It ran 2300 kms before it went bad.
So much for the assurance that the engine that I paid over $7000.00 for was a "Good" engine.
These guys would do nothing for me but charge me for another engine.
I could not be more disaponited with this experience,
Remeber we are not talking about a few hundred dollars here, this was closer to $8000 with tax and shipping, which was a total waste of time and money as that does not factor in the close to 50 man hours and materials to remove and instal this engine.
In my opion Brassard's actions and not being willing to stand behind there product amounts to fraud.
I would think twice before you buy from this operation!!!
Also note: If you want to take legal action, they are in Quebec so with no assets in your home province you will not get anywhere in small claims court.
1 STAR HERE IS GIVING THESE GUYS TOO MUCH CREDIT SHOULD BE A SELECTION FOR A NEGITIVE 5 STAR RATING!!!!
