★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady who works here is very sympathetic. We had a kid with us and she was so nice and gentle with him. The stone itself is beautiful. There were a couple of letters that were not fully carved out, and when we emailed photos, they had someone out within days to make it perfect.
