I had very specific parameters in order to find something that not only suited my business needs, but also wanted something I would enjoy living in, all while working within a certain budget that I wasn't willing to stretch. He was organized with our showings, making it as fun and efficient as possible. Very knowledgeable about details in the homes that I would not have seen/known.
