★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop is IMMACULATE! I have full confidence that when they work on trucks and cranes here that it will be done properly and efficiently because they are so clean, organized and disciplined.
The ownership is very proud of their business and will always find time to take you on a tour. The best part was when they took me on the stairs landing upstairs and I could take in the whole view of all the work going on in the building. These guys are SUPER BUSY! I couldn't believe how much work was going on but they didn't look frazzled or rush their interaction with me.
They even took the time to have a photo with me at the front.
Their shop is a well-oiled machine that will keep your machine well-oiled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They put $2000 worth of fuel lines on the truck without asking. Then offered to take them off and put the old ones back on. Who knows if they messed up the old ones taking them off and it would have just cost way more down time having them swap them out. Had an appointment for Monday, they said they would start on the truck. Wednesday comes around and the truck hadn’t moved from the spot it was parked on Monday. 2 days down time when it could have been done in that time. All they did was cause WAY to much down time. If you like making money, beware of these guys because they will hold on to your truck FAR Longer then they should. If you cant complete the work when you say you are, don’t take on the work.

This last trip in my A/C had failed and I had a full inspection done, and amazingly my bill was the exact same as the quoted cost they gave me up front. No surprise costs or upcharges, and none of the dealer games.
