Very happy with the service. The technicians are professional and fast. They did my attic in a couple of hours and the temperature in the house was balanced throughout the season, no more cold or hot rooms. Very impressive. I was struggling for years! These guys are excellent, highly recommended!

I sought out brand insulation to do wall insulation as well as attic insulation. Working with brand insulation inc has been one of the best experiences I have ever had regarding "house services" or renovation. I initially took 4+ quotes from various well known insulation companies (found on both GOOGLE + HomeStars with very positive reviews) and 2 of them actually recommended I seek out Brand Insulation as they do it "better". When competitors are recommending Brand, i took this as a very good sign and decided to go forward with them. Brand Insulation is one of the best companies I have ever had the pleasure to work with. During the initial visit, Leo was extremely knowledgeable in all things insulated related. This even includes the rebate program currently offered by enbridge/govt. Leo knew exactly what needed to be done, calculated the square footage of the area to be insulated (walls, attic, etc) and even knew what the Energy auditor would say/quote me for the rebate. This was very impressive and helpful as I originally was unaware of any rebate programs at the time. The price quoted to me at the time of the visit never changed and was EXTREMELY competitive being much lower than all of its competition. The receptionist (Irena) was very polite and knowledgeable. She even assisted me in scheduling a time slot that would better fit my households schedule. I originally had scheduled 2 weeks After the call and let her know that I would like a sooner date. When a sooner date became available Irena called to let me know. When the work was being done, all the workers were very polite, respectful and caring not to dirtry or damage any of the fixings in my house. Furthermore they went above and beyond after the work was complete to clean the area they were in proximity with via Vacuuming AND mopping the floor. Cloths and bags were laid down to ensure furniture/fixings would not get dirty/damaged and when Holes were being put into walls, they used a drill + vacuum combination to ensure dust would be sucked up by the vacuum at the point of drilling. Leo even included additional work that he had forgotton to take into account and did not charge me anything additional due to the small mistake. I have never felt so impressed by any company in the home improvement/renovation industry. Brand insulation really is the best guys to contact for anything insulation related. It is extremely baffling that they do not get the recognition they deserve on Google/Homestars. 5 stars for the product, as the GTA goes through this cold snap xmas 2017 our house is so much warmer and less drafty than last year. When we get home the furnace gets it up to where we set it much faster. Highly recommend it. 5 stars also for 1 day insulation and the crew did a great job of cleaning. Only negative, we have a 2 story home and the crew seemed reluctant to spray all the way to the top of our second story had to persuade them to go the full height.

We live in an older home and recently had Brand Insulation Company do wall and garage ceiling insulation for us. We are extremely impressed and pleased by the expertise and professionalism of the working crew and management. They arrived on time, covered all the surfaces and did a thorough wash upon completion. We already feel the difference in air quality and warmth level. I would highly recommend this company, Vicky F.

Had them insulated back in July/17 and after almost 1 year what a different from the previous winter months and during the summer/fall of 2017, I had the Air krete Masonry Injection Foam Insulation for double-brick walls done from the outside of the house, the crew arrived on time and cleaned up thoroughly. My cost to heat and cool the house have come down significantly over the almost 1 year time frame, couldn’t be more pleased for the only option to inject insulation from the outside of the home.

Excellent experience with Irina, Gary & Leon Brand. High quality InsulsafeXC Blown-In Insulation was used for the attic! Only ASK for: InsulsafeXC Blown-In Insulation Do NOT go for the recycled paper blow... with other Quotes we would have paid 3x the price for a -10x sub par product! Excellent work Brand Insulation Inc!
