Excellent service and customer attention. Sergio and his team made the whole process painless and easy. The car was returned in tip-top shape and the repaired area is as new and not visible. The restrictions in place for personal interactions during the COVID pandemic where strictly adhered to and the team did an amazing job making sure the care was returned sanitized and clean. While I would go back to their body shop in a heartbeat, I hope that there will be no need for it going forward.

Brought my car in for VW corrosion claim. After the assessment, no one called me back. Call and followed up severally no one returned my calls. Physically went in after a year of no return calls and run around. I was told I had to start the process all over again. Requested to speak to a manager and we agreed the process would be expedited. Process was indeed expedited and i dropped the car off. Call back after a week saying car was ready. See attached pictures of the "fixed" car. After a battle of almost 8 weeks Bramgate "fixed" the hole which they created during the process of doing warranty repairs with body filler. The so called "fix" is starting to show signs of rust again within 3months of the "fix". The hood of the same vehicle was originally painted and replaced under warranty by Bramgate. The hood rusted out within 2 years and was replaced a second time as part of this fix. As result of the car sitting at Bramgate for 8 weeks, the calipers on the vehicle were all siezed and all had to be replaced. The alternator also had to be replaced because the pulley seized up from not running for 2 months. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle elsewhere and NOT to Bramgate VW.

I am posting this because recently I post another review with different email which is under the name jota saini and today I got a call from a company regarding my previous review and strange the lady who called my she just try to justify that I am not having patience with them because she said Hyundai dealership doesn’t have my part available that’s why they couldn’t get that part but when I told her that that part is easily available and I can get it by next day She said no because they are only dealing with one Hyundai dealership in GTA and they have a some kind of contract that they can’t buy parts from somewhere else and then I told her that I can bet on that even that dealership would have my part available it’s just you guys didn’t order Then she said oh no you have 2018 car so we can’t put new part on it and we need to put after market part Let me be clear you guys don’t decide which part is put on my car it’s my car and I will choose whether I have to pay out of my pocket Secondly next time if you wanna call me you can call me it’s your right to justify your mistakes because it’s democracy but make sure be prepared to answers my question as well Don’t be just hang up the phone like what she did today and saying I am rude Admitting mistake is good but justifying your mistake by saying customers don’t have patience or they are rude is not good thing If I am rude that’s fine but at least I am honest with you guys and I am lying anything But May be you guys don’t understand the values of customers

I am having a worst customer service experience here I never see that much unprofessional staff anywhere in life almost a week a ago I went there to get a estimate for damage on my vehicle and eventually get a estimate and I authorize them for repair They told me that will order the part and once the part arrives they will bring my vehicle for repair But after a week I called them and they told me that my part still doesn’t arrive yet because dealerships don’t have it Then I went to one dealership by myself and the guy at dealership told me that every dealership had this part and If order I will get that part next So I don’t know which planet they looking for that part And it’s 100 dollar small part that’s it I just want to say thing be professional with customer also be honest with them Don’t waste their time because time is important for everyone

I had the best experience at bramgate. Not only did Lauren provide me with information that my insurance company didn’t, she ensured that I was well informed on everything pertaining to my car. I got much more than just a car repair at bramgate, I literally walked away with so much more knowledge than I came with and I’m thankful ! I’d recommend them to anyone!

The work they did was perfect but they are too stubborn with certain things. Like they wont change my winter tires and put on summer tires even when they had to take out the tires for the repair. Not accomodating at all. And their reason for not changing the tires was that they dont do mechanical work! Like how hard is it to change tires?

Had my 2013 VW Golf in for some rust warranty work. I dealt with Lauren which was great from the first inspection right to the delivery day of the finished work. Lauren was very helpful with any questions and made sure I received my vehicle back on time. Work was done well and delivered clean! Thank you.
