My little one is in this daycare since she was 24 months. She has wonderful friends and teachers there. The daycare is clean, bright, and well-organized. Ms. joy who is manager there, she is very professional. Also, Ms. Scarlett, Ms. Jenny, and Ms. Jinny are awesome teachers. My girl cannot wait to go to daycare every morning. These teachers know how to provide child centered care. They know what my child's strengths and weaknesses and provided individual care. I cannot thank them enough. Furthermore, when I had concerns about my child, they listened carefully and try hard to solve and reassure my concerns. I will definitely recommend this facility!

My little one's been at Bramblewood Daycare since last summer and she's learned so much from the teachers at Bramblewood Daycare. Many different learning activities are planned daily to keep our little one busy. I am impressed and more than satisfied with the emotional support my little one receives as well as educational. My families and friends are always surprised and overwhelmed at how bright, attentive, in-depth and advanced she is in her social skills and language skills ever since she started at Bramblewood Daycare. She's learning something new everyday! Whenever I'm at the Bramblewood Daycare for pick up, I can see that not just my daughter but all the children are joyful always. I'd like to thank the staff and the teachers at the Bramblewood for their awesomeness!

My daughter started in Bramblewood with 13mo and it's been such a pleasure to watch her grow and develop over this year and bit. I think Bramblewood did an amazing job nurturing her curiosity and creativity, It's a blast to see her getting home showing a new ESL sign that she's just learned or singing a new song that she heard in class. The teachers and managers are all very caring. You can feel the high level of appreciation they have for the young ones and it's nice to know that your precious little one is in good hands.

My children attend Bramblewood and I have nothing but great things to say this about this centre. Our experience has been totally different from some of the reviews I have read. The staff is caring and very approachable. My children are striving and are extremely happy and excited to goto school everyday.

I had good experiences with the IT programs, but wouldn’t recommend their 3-5 program to anyone. They do not practice any form of Montessori. They are only Montessori in name to charge high fees. They had also expanded 3 more classrooms while my child was attending, from 4 to 7 classrooms, however only have 2 small outdoor spaces for all of these classrooms. My child was inside most days, even in good weather. Communication with parents was sorely lacking, teachers couldn’t provide a schedule when asked, let alone share with you what the kids are learning. For these reasons and my observations in questionable care and teaching practices, I withdrew my child.

My daughter goes to before and after school care program. She is extremely happy, learning a lot from both teachers (Ms. Helia and Ms. Sherrie). She tells me everyday what she has learned. Ms. Sherri is such a sweet lady. She is very friendly welcoming each time I pick up my daughter. I am super happy with their service. Also, my son used to be in infant program and the teacher were super friendly. Especially Ms. Jenna.

My child attended Bramblewood in the 3-5 year old classroom. Summary: - The expectations on the children are unrealistically high. At less than 3 years old, they are expected to sit for 30 minutes+ of circle time every day, line up (and not move) for the washroom, sit in line for snack time, and not run around/play in the classroom. If your child is active and still learning routines, this is not the appropriate school. - Outside time / exercise if very minimal. They have one outdoor (not covered) playground for all classes, and the 3-5 year olds do not go outside if there is any rain. With Vancouver weather, this means they exercise/have fresh air maybe 2 out of 5 days per week. - Toddlers go through potty accidents and biting/pushing/tantrum phases, and the teachers are NOT trained/equipped to handle it. My child was shamed for potty accidents, and we were made to feel there was something "wrong" with our child as she went through a normal developmental phase. We recently learned that children get taken to the daycare owner Barb's office as punishment - when she later came into the classrooms, the children would be fearful. - They only have Montessori activities (no dolls/toys/stuffies/ etc), so we found our child was not engaged. - Communication with parents is lacking. No daily photos/videos are provided, and no reports are given. We felt in the dark about our child's daily care at Bramblewood, unless something went "wrong". - Some of the teachers are nice, but there is a definite lack of warmth. They do not appear cheerful at drop off/pickup, and do not seem to love their jobs. It comes across that they want children that are little robots who follow their directions and do not step out of line. We decided to pull our child from this daycare, and in speaking with other parents, it sounds like our concerns are sadly now common place at Bramblewood.

Very disappointed. I trusted these people with my child. The staff have scared her, threatened her, and broke the trust of our family and many others. I pulled my child from this daycare as soon as many parents started sharing their terrible experiences. There have been many complaints about this place, police have been on site, several investigations are on-going including investigations of inappropriate discipline. The school is not Montessori, they have the word in the name in order to charge higher prices. The teachers are not allowed to communicate with the parents and management has been caught in lies. The kids are deprived from playing and going outside. As soon as I pulled my child from this place and put her into a new daycare, her attitude and behaviour completely changed for the better. She finally has confidence and can enjoy playing, and just being a kid without so many worries or fears. I do not recommend this daycare
