I specially would like to thank my midwife Angela jones. she is very much helpful and always ready to answer my concerns regarding my healthcare provider or my services at hospital. I dont have a health card and family doctor so I aoproached them late during my 2nd half of pregnancy and their services are really excellent

They have doctors, clinicians and nurses to serve your health care needs, they have a diabetes clinic, a chropadist (part time), a limited mental health care centre and other services. Most services are covered by OHIP but sometimes there is a small fee. Wait times are usually not very long but they are busy so having an appointment is recommended.

This is so inconvenient as most of the times nobody picks up and you can’t plan. The nurses are not well trained and can’t even fill simple forms. The diagnoses is always poor and mother suffered been here. Finally got her to to local clinic which diagnosed she has an allergy but the nurses were giving her cold over the counter medication for a month. The reception is rude.

The agents who answers the phone are very unprofessional. Even when I call early mornings they are always booked, what kind of service is this always booked plus you can’t book ahead? If we can’t book ahead, why is it so hard to get an appointment? Those nurses even lie about my results, I got more info about my results when I asked them for a print out, unbelievable. Plus their manager never return messages. This place is a joke, very unprofessional. My son hasn’t seen a doctor over a year for his physical only because those people claim to be always booked.

My girlfriend had an infection which was not detected by the doctor there, Dr Norma(don't remember the exact name) specifically, she had the trainee doctors attend to her and only gave two mins to the patient. She had to suffer for days, couldn't work for almost a week. Had to take her to the ER(amid the heightened covid risk at the hospitals). And if we didn't take her there the infection would've continued to get worse. Worse place ever. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

I started with them a year ago, because of the pandemic all my appointment were by phone and most of them reschedule due to the lack of compromise from their nurses who forget to call patients. I am pregnant and for the last four months I was able to have 1 appointment. I scheduled my second prenatal for October 25th at 5 pm that day of the appointment got a called and was canceled because Nurse Karla was "sick" anyways I reschedule for today November 15 (3 weeks after because she's too busy and no one else can see me). Today they called and canceled again NO REASON but possible "sick" again. This is ridiculous, if anything went wrong with my pregnancy or if something happened to me there is no service or response from this people. Avoid coming to this place. not worthy!!!
