★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Product selection is hit/miss and you feel like you've entered a low-end used car lot the way some of the salespeople try to 'buddy up'. Catalog prices are horrendous....they tell you they offer 'discounts' but if that's the real price, why play that game in the first place?!?
