★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coming from out of province to find a Condo in Cochrane, Airdrie or Okotoks, I found Brad on a google search. He was all over it and quick to help us with showings in these communities. First visit we did not find anything to our liking but we narrowed down to a few condominium buildings that we liked. Brad set us up on a listing ap of his and we were instantly notified of any new listings. About a week later a listing appeared that was right up our ally. We asked Brad if he would go view it and video chat us in so we could see the place. He was all over it the next day which was first day of listing. There were multiple offers and Brad offered very sound advice and in the end, we were the accepted offer. Brad is very good to work with, very knowledgeable and quick to help and answer any questions you have. If you are buying or selling, do yourself a favour and hire him. You won’t be disappointed

We gave Brad a list of the requirements we were looking for in a house and he didn't waste our time with homes for sale that didn't fit our needs.
