We were initially thinking of a duplex, but Brad inspired us to dream a little bigger and we ended up purchasing a beautiful four-plex. We were extremely happy with Brad's services - he responded promptly, answered any questions we had and if he didn't know the answers he'd search them out, he was genuine, honest and showed amazing judgement and integrity. Not to mention, he was fun! House hunting with Brad was a blast, and he was literally willing to wade into anything (even one boarded up apartment building that was full of pigeon deposits, knee-deep in some corners!) Highly recommend Brad!
