BP went out or there way to supply the product for me in a timely fashion and now i have finished and installed the rails in my home. Thanks guys for all your help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried contacting multiple times (via phone and email) for a banister repair. Initial response was quick but nothing ever materialized after initial contact. I cannot speculate as to why they did not want the work as communication was very poor. Rating purely for communication failure. Cannot comment on quality of work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience with BP Banister. We are home owners and had some ideas and they brought it to fruition. We had an 80’s style home and were looking to modernize it. They hit the mark and gave us lots of variation to chose things we could do on our own to what they were capable of which helped us understand everything. They built and installed and we did the stairs and stained but were capable of doing it all. The time involved in the quoting and conversation was likely head banging for them but they were professional and value for quality and efficiency. It’s no wonder they are busy and would highly recommend. You wouldn’t believe how a staircase can really change the look of your home and. For a piece you pass multiple times a day, might as well spend some money to enjoy it each time. Thanks BP. Hope I can post some pictures on this review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BP helped us with the design and the build of a beautiful new banister for our 1980's home. Got rid of the old oak and replaced with a more contemporary look.
The whole team was very professional but easy going and personable. They had great ideas but also listened to what we wanted.
I would absolutely recommend this company to others.
This photo was taken before carpet. The colors are going to pop even more once the rest of the oak floor is gone :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dealing with BP was very simple and helpful. We created the railing we wanted in one meeting and figured out a schedule for install. They even suggested some money saving ideas with different size posts or taking out the old railing ourselves.
We also looked at other businesses but they either didn't get back to us or were more expensive for our project.
In the end, we have a beautiful new railing for the best price that met our timeline. Would recommend to family and friends.
