★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service, l’ve been messaging them how many times but they don’t reply often. Its 4 months now since l sent my box in the Philippines and until now they don’t receive it yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 months na yong boxes namin. umuwi kapatid ko sa pinas- bumalik na sila dito di pa natangap 3 boxes. we have been calling but the owner never return our calls. even lied na andoon na yong boxes namin pero parang natenga na - will file complaints through business bureau and media (tulfo brothers) if they don't cooperate with us - BEWARE people don't ship your CARGO boxes through them. Poor Customer Service (never return calls) at pinagtataguan kapa.

Please stay away, my boxes takes 4 months, I have to asked my brother to go to their warehouse in Marikina City to pick up the boxes that I send due they always give me promises that they will going to deliver it. Also they never pick up the phone. Please stay away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not sure what people expect. They always come right away and pick up the box and it arrives safely 2 to 3 months later. It's 80 bucks to send a BIG box to the other side of the planet. Try any other method for a real suprise ! We've used them at least 3 or 4 times and no problems, you just need patience. And if not your going to have to pay big big money to send it. End of story.
Update : My fourth box has just arrived November 22nd exactly as previous times. This time it was only 8 weeks and my niece got her lap top for school !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 star is even too much. Our box arrived more than 5 months. 5 months na ayaw parin ideliver maghihintay pa daw kasama yung box bago ideliver. We were forced to collect our boxes at the warehouse, if we didn't do that the box will still be sitting there for another month. Don't ever ship your boxes to BOXLINE CARGO. Poor customer service they don't answer... they'll just leave you hanging.
