★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been to BNA before, but I hadn't try BoxcAr until today!
So I ordered chilli chicken and bacon steamed buns. As I expected, the buns were fluffy and soft. I liked the bacon bun, but the chicken was not my favourite and could be much better.
Also, there are very tiny, and you could benefit from ordering 4 of them if you are hungry, haha
We also got fries which were so yummy.
With all these paired with BNA beers, we had a great time there :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like to try new restaurants and food as much as the next person, but find myself more often then not very disappointed. Not today! Food was wonderful and very creative! Definitely putting this on my go to list.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adam is a genius! The quality of the food is above par. I work in the area so I eat locally and gotta say although its hard to resist the BNA beers on the way in, boxcar is by far the most flavourful, delicious, satisfying food around. Eat here everyday ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered the Chili Chicken Banh Mi, Blackberry BBQ Chicken steamed buns and the Root Beer Pork steamed buns (was too fatty for me but others might love it). Absolutely loved the Banh Mi and the Chicken Baos! The Banh Mi was flaky and crispy on the outside with a tender and juicy interior. The french dip was also a welcome addition, packed with umami - took my taste buds for a ride. The Vietnamese Coffee was the perfect refresher, lightly spiced, creamy coconut goodness!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asian inspired food that pair beautifully with the beers offered at BNA. The noodle salad is tasty, delicious and perfect for a hot summer day. Add in some pork belly slices and you have a perfect meal. Staff are extremely friendly.
