★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful experience. Terrible people working there, angry, condescending and rude. Just went for an e-test, the mechanic typed in my plate wrong and when I pointed it out he replied "too late now" and then told me to "go take a seat so you're not breathing down my neck the whole time". With all the auto mechanics in Stoney Creek and Hamilton I'd be baffled to hear an honest reason you would choose this one. 0 stars would be the rating if possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have went to Bowens for almost 20 years - I know what they fix is what needs to be fixed and was originally referred to them by a tow truck driver that lived next door to me. First experience with them CT wanted to replace head gasket - when I went to pick up my car they said it was a hose that they tightened - its a garage so my expectation is a good repair at a good price not someplace I want to have a coffee, read a paper and watch t.v. while I wait.
