She was very sensitive to our needs at a particularly emotional time and was able to get us an excellent buyer from the neighbourhood at a fair price for both sides. She also helped us find homes for some of my mothers items that we couldn't keep but wished to see go to good families. She and her partner are wonderful realtors and people. Even to this day 3 years later, Frances has been helping with us to obtain information about the home that we have been needing for tax purposes with out hesitation. I would highly recommend Frances and her team.
