★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OK service, but unfortunately the products are terrible. Bought a pair of winter boots (Nexx) that didn't last a few months before the components started falling apart (stitching coming undone, zipper getting stuck and then breaking, making the boots unusable).
I can't trust the quality of their products, given this.

They have a few local and imported brands that you don't find at many places but mostly you get a friendly and patient service from people you are willing to take the time and ensure you get a shoe that fits right and matches your tastes. They will push you to buy add-ons which is understandable, if a little annoying.
