Elles arrivent super bien emballées et la livraison est assez rapide. J'aime qu'on a un numéro de suivi pour la commande. J'ai envoyé des questions sur Instagram par le passé et j'ai eu une réponse dans les heures qui ont suivis. J'ai choisi l'option d'une cuillette en magasin par inadvertance lors de ma dernière commande. Heureusement, on m'a contacté pour valider si j'avais sélectionné la bonne option et ma commande partait par la poste la journée même. Super service et bijoux d'une excellente qualité et durabilité. Je reçois toujours des compliments sur mes bijoux de la boutique. J'ai mentionné que je suis fan? :)
I discovered Boutique l'Antilope thanks to social networks and since then I have been a fan. I have placed all of my orders online so far. They arrive super well packaged and the delivery is quite fast. I like that we have a tracking number for the order. I have posted questions on Instagram in the past and got a response within hours. I inadvertently chose the in-store spoon option on my last order. Fortunately, I was contacted to confirm if I had selected the right option and my order was leaving by mail the same day. Great service and jewelry of excellent quality and durability. I always get compliments on my jewelry from the store. Did I mention that I am a fan? :)
