La dame lui repond : " if you dont speak French dont call here. Dont call back." En etant infirmiere, une chance que je ne refuse pas les patients francophone parce que moi meme je suis anglophone. Vraiment pas acceptable, personne merite ca.
My mom called to make an appointment for my sister. The lady asked my mother if she spoke French, my mother answered "no but I can understand". The lady replies: "if you don't speak French, don't call here. Don't call back." Being a nurse, I'm lucky that I don't refuse French-speaking patients because I myself am English-speaking. Really unacceptable, nobody deserves that.
