She made the entire process easy and I was able to understand and provide the information she needed to get the work done. Although I am a published author, I chose to use her copy writer / editor Carolyn. WOW! What a difference just changing a few words can make. I was delighted. I LOVE my website. After a former website did not result in any additional business, I am sure that this one is going to bring lots of interest my way. Once the site was up and running there were a few small glitches on the technical side which Kim fixed almost immediately. I highly recommend this wonderful and brilliant woman. She is easy to work with, full of ideas, and open to suggestion. Five star rating, for sure!
