With a combined love of restoring, renovating & rehabilitating properties, we found ourselves coming together as a team to give houses that lacked love a new modern and high-end touch, all whilst appreciating and maintaining the mature character. We believe in providing a total restoration to properties within YQR that have unfortunately fallen victim to their age and lack of maintenance.
Our modern finishes pair perfectly with many of the original treasures we find throughout our renovations. Though some properties require a complete overhaul, others only need a little love and rehabilitation which we are happy to provide. Corey Gies was very good to work with. He responded to emails, texts and phone calls promptly. He was patient and informative as I, on more than one occasion, requested additional information about materials and processes.
He honoured his commitments and started and finished the job when he said he would.
Each day I observed the work progress and was satisfied with the preparation and installation of the base materials, steel work and concrete placement.
