★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super nice place for a walk and also ideal habitat for birding. I have seen many birds here, including Varied Thrush, Dunlin, Short Eared Owls, and Snow Geese.
Also check out North 40 off leash dog park, where there is tonnes of Eagles hanging out in late winter and early spring.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We started walking from 72nd St at Dyke to Boundary Bay Regional Park and back. Total is 14-15KM. The trail is flat.
We felt tired but it's the best trail for sightseeing and birds viewing! At low tide time in November, you can see many snowgoose in the water. Amazing! In a clear day, you also see Mountain Baker.
