She was very professional, friendly and organized and helped us with organizing our beautiful wedding in Mexico. I would highly recommend Boulevard Travel to those that are planning on getting married. Kim took the pressure of planning everything out for us and made our transition go very smoothly. One of the things that we admired about Boulevard Travel was the high level of experience that they had and they worked with the budget that we had given them. She kept constant communication with us and kept us in the loop with everything that came up. Again, highly recommended to everyone in the Calgary area. Worth every dollar that we spent!

Their work in planning and booking the travel for our four different teams of skiers, coaches and medical providers travelling across the world to up to ten stops each ... during pandemic times ... has been incredibly helpful. Our agent, Kourtney, has kept us organized and on budget with her great service and creative thinking. We truly appreciate the service from Boulevard with our team travel; I also use them personally now that I have seen the level of service and care they provide.

I called Boulevard Travel after speaking with a number of other travel agencies who would not answer my questions as they did not do the booking, I then found an ANGEL in Yolanda Tkychuk at Boulevard Travel. She was Exceptionally kind, patience and helpful and even emailed me additional documents that were not provided by the travel agency that I had booked with. She also advised that I could contact her from France if we ran into any issues and this has made ALL the difference in the world to me as my anxiety was becoming overwhelming! Yolanda is Extraordinary in her knowledge of travel requirements, (especially during the Covid ) and offered info that I would not have thought of. I would HIGHLY recommend Boulevard Travel and if you have the pleasure of working with Yolanda ~ you KNOW you are in Great Hands. In future , I will ONLY book with Boulevard Travel. I contacted Boulevard Travel to help plan flight and hotels - this is when I got in Contact With Yolanda! She was a huge help from the beginning sharing her knowledge and expertise on resorts. She worked tirelessly to get us the best deal possible. I advised her that two our of city guests will be accompanying us and she made it work (even though it was a huge headache). Yolanda went above and beyond and was on hold with the airline for FOUR DAYS! The ticket prices had gone up and Yolanda worked her magic bringing the price down to what it originally was. She went above and beyond for a group of guys who she didn’t even know. The customer service that Yolanda has brought to the table has made me a loyal customer to Boulevard and I will be booking through them in the future. I have already told everyone about Yolanda and what she did for us.

We have purchased my mother's travel tickets through the agency and due to rapidly changing regulations my mom's tickets were cancelled mid-way by the airline. Our agent Camilla was absolutely fantastic, she booked a different set of tickets to bring my mother back home to Canada safe and sound. She did an extensive research for different requirement through all the countries that my mother had to travel due to transit. This agency is absolutely the best investment you can make if you are planning on traveling. Always courteous, always available and always there for you during your travel adventures! Highly recommended.
