L	Lea Alice on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Merci d'être ouvert un 26 décembre sauf quand je suis passé j'ai aperçu ce que vous appeler des flan portugais et j'ai voulu expliquer a la commis que le vrai nom était des Nadas tout en étant respectueuse et en tant qu'ancienne Cook/gestionnaire en cuisine portugaise je trouvais normal juste donner le nom . En gros son attitude était vraiment moche surtout le but était juste d'être gentille . Votre pain et vos Nadas son excellent sauf serait bien de pas être aussi moche avec vos clientes . Thank you for being open on December 26th except when I passed I saw what you call Portuguese custard and I wanted to explain to the clerk that the real name was Nadas while being respectful and as a former Cook / manager in Portuguese cuisine I found it normal to just give the name. Basically his attitude was really ugly especially the goal was just to be nice. Your bread and your Nadas are excellent except it would be nice not to be so bad with your customers.

Baguette qui semble ne pas avoir levé ou extrêmement fendu. Croissants pas du tout feuilleté, il sont même caoutchouteux. Même le pain campagnard était décevant, croute raide et dure plutôt que croustillante. Avant c’était ma boulangerie préférée, je vais devoir me résigner a changer de place. I don't know if they have changed bakers or changed recipes, but the last three times I have been there I have been disappointed. Baguette which does not seem to have lifted or is extremely split. Croissants not at all flaky, they are even rubbery. Even the country bread was disappointing, stiff and hard crust rather than crisp. Before it was my favorite bakery, I will have to resign myself to change places.

Beau choix de gâteaux et viennoiseries. Excellent bakery and very good service. The bread is delicious. The bakery offers several cheeses and several from Quebec. Nice choice of cakes and pastries.

M	Monsieur Pogo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je crois qu'il est préférable de s'endimancher, de se peigner et de se présenter non pas hirsute, mais frais rasé à cette boulangerie, sinon l'on vous y vendra des croissants racornis et brûlés après vous y avoir reçu cavalièrement; j'imagine que l'on m'y a confondu avec un SDF du coin… En prévision du petit-déjeuner de la Noël, hier le 24 décembre j'avais acheté là, notamment, quatre croissants, et ce matin à la maison l'on a constaté en les sortant du sac qu'ils avaient tous le fond calcinés et les bouts desséchés. Nous avons tout de même goûté au croissant le moins calciné du lot en le trempant dans un café au lait pour en avoir le cœur net, mais comme il goûtait le brûlé nous nous sommes donc résignés ce matin du 25 décembre a mangé des toasts pour déjeuner comme de coutume… Pour le reste, j'ignore si c'est dans le même esprit que l'on m'a refilé une bûchette de fromage de chèvre qui formait à l'intérieur une épaisse croûte sèche, mais là en ce qui me concerne je fus ravi d'avoir enfin trouvé ici un fromage de chèvre sec comme je les aime… Alors va pour le chèvre, mais pour les croissants c'est raté, ou le contraire suivant l'intention à mon égard de la caissière… I think it is better to dress up, comb your hair and present yourself not shaggy, but fresh shaven at this bakery, otherwise you will be sold shriveled and burnt croissants after having received you cavalierly; I imagine that I was mistaken for a local homeless person ...
