Cependant, au moment de passer à la caisse, j'ai demandé, tout bonnement, comme je fais dans plusieurs magasins, un petit rabais supplémentaire (5$) pour un des trois items. Le caissier m'a répondu, de façon très condescendante, qu'il "ne me donnerait pas de rabais supplémentaire et que c'était déjà bon que le magasin soit ouvert et qu'on nous donne du bon service. N'étais-je pas d'accord avec ça?" Question qu'il a répété deux fois! Son message était très clair: c'est un privilège de magasiner dans son magasin. J'ai trouvé ce Monsieur Bouffard très arrogant. Est-ce une façon appropriée de traiter des clients ou est-ce le traitement réservé aux clients qui ne sont pas de la région?
During my last visit, I was very well advised by a lady who has been working there for several years. However, at the time of checkout, I simply asked, as I do in several stores, a small additional discount ($ 5) for one of the three items. The cashier replied very condescendingly that he "would not give me an extra discount and that it was good for the store to be open and to be given good service. do not agree with that? " Question he repeated twice! His message was very clear: it's a privilege to shop at his store. I found this Mr. Bouffard very arrogant. Is this an appropriate way of dealing with clients or is it the treatment of non-local clients?
