une petite surprise se cachait sous mes packet de grillades de lard .. des retailles de gras et bout de restant , pour environ 10% de la qualité... a 19.99$ /kg , pour 31$ , j'ai calculé qu'on m'avait chargé environ 3$ de plus juste pour de la scrap soigneusement caché sous les grillades ... on est rendu là sa l'air ... perdre un client pour 3$ ..

a little surprise was hiding under my packet of grilled bacon... scraps of fat and bits of leftovers, for about 10% of the quality... at $19.99/kg, for $31, I calculated that we charged me about $3 more just for scrap carefully hidden under the grills... we got there, it looks like... losing a customer for $3...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avons été chaleureusement accueilli avec une dégustation de tartare de saumon, excellent d’ailleurs ! Impatient de goûter le bœuf Wagyu que nous avons acheté, ainsi que les poitrines marinés et les différentes pièces de viande. Le manque d’affichage en général sur les viandes marinés, les salades et accompagnement, par contre je trouve que ça n’a pas sa place car impossible de prévoir la facture finale surtout pour les viandes marinées et on peux se faire passer les viandes à un prix totalement aléatoire. Vendre un deal, quand on a pas de comparatif ou de prix de départ c’est trop facile ? Poitrines de poulet, steak pirate excellents, bavette également très bonnes.
We were warmly welcomed with a tasting of salmon tartare, excellent by the way! Can't wait to taste the Wagyu beef we bought, along with the marinated breasts and the different pieces of meat. The lack of display in general on marinated meats, salads and accompaniments, on the other hand I find that it has no place because it is impossible to predict the final bill especially for marinated meats and we can pass the meats to a totally random price. Selling a deal, when you don't have a comparison or starting price, it's too easy ? Excellent chicken breasts, pirate steak, flank steak also very good.

That was my last visit to your establishment and I would suggest another butcher for something more reasonable.
